Information Collection and Use
CRI Critical Care Education Network gathers personal information from the customer during registration. In order to receive a certificate of completion, an individual must provide personal information including name, address and institutional affiliation.
CRI Critical Care Education Network is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. Personal information is disclosed only in the following instances:
- When an accrediting agency requires verification that an individual has taken a course
- When an agency requires us to report all persons completing a course (Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Canadian College of Family Physicians, Ministry of Health Long Term Care, Ontario)
When personally identifiable information is required by an accrediting or government agency we will post a statement that clearly describes the required regulations.
Credit card data is secure and is not retained after the payment transaction has been completed. We keep no record of a customer's financial information.
Log Files
CRI Critical Care Education Network uses log files to track the number of people coming to our website in order to analyze trends and demographics. The logs are not linked to personally identifiable information.
