Q1 - How do I Login?
* You must have an account to login. If you have an account please follow these steps.
1. Enter your username in the designated field
2. Enter your password in the designated field

Q2 - How do I create / get an account?
To Create an account follow these steps.
1. Select the Member Login or sign-up now tab! located above the login filed or at the top of the CRIedunet.ca page.
2. Enter the required information in the provided fileds.
3. Select the signup tab.

Q3 - How do I register for a course without an account?
To register for a course you must have an account with us at CRIedunet.ca. If you do not have an account with us simply follow the directions on How to create / get an account in the FAQ's.
Once you have created an account you will be able to register to the courses that are available to your profession. Please note that for courses marked as "Reserved" you must have an authorization code provided to you by your site-hospital administrator.
All course marked as "Open" are available to all appropriate professions and do not require an access code for you to register to.

Q4 - I cannot access my account
If you have forgotten your password or your username simply click on the sign-up now! tab above the login fields and then select the "Forgot you username and pasword?" link that is located under the Create your account page header. Your login information will then be sent to the e-mail you provided when you created your account.

Q5 - My password doesn't seem to be working?
Please note that the password field is case-sensitive, so make sure you're using the correct capitalization and check to see if Caps Lock is on. You don't have to worry about being locked out for trying to sign in too many times since CRIedunet.ca doesn't limit your attempts.

Q6 - I'm returned to the login page without an error?
If you are returned to the login page without an error message it is because your login information is incorrect. Please retry to login. If the problem persists please contact us at CRI : contactus@CRIedunet.org

Q7 - Changing your password
Sign in to CRIedunet.ca.
Click Account at the top of any CRIedunet.ca page.
Proceed to the "Change your password section".
Enter your new password and confirm new password.

Q8 - How do I download the manual for the course that I am attending?
Depending on which course you are attending you may be able to download the manual prior to your course from our (LMS) Learning Management System. You will be sent a username and password from our LMS system shortly after you have registered to a course. In this e-mail you will have your login information and a link to the LMS provided to you. The Learning Management System is a different system than the CRIedunet.ca site and therefore requires a different set of login credentials.
*Please note that not all the manuals are available for download. A hard copy of the course manual will be sent to you prior to your course unless stated differently. If you have any questions about your manual or our LMS please contact us at: contactus@CRIedunet.org

Q9 - Where is the course being held?
Depending on which course you have registered to, the location of your course may vary from other courses. To find your course location please follow these steps.
1. Go to the interactive calender on the main CRIedunet.ca page
2. Select the date of your course.
3. A new page will open with the details of the course.
4. Select the course location link under location tab.
5. An interactive map will appear with directions to the course.
* Note: A reminder e-mail will be sent to you prior to your course with all the details.

Q10 - I signed up for an account/ course and haven't received any e-mails?
If you have signed up for an account or a course and you have not received any e-mails from us with the information you require, it may be due to the security settings on you e-mail provider. Please check your "Junk" mail folder on your e-mail program as e-mails sometimes get redirected there. If you have checked and you still have no information please contact us at CRI.

Q11 - What is your cancelation and refund policy?
If you are unable to attend the course that you have registered and paid for, for any reason, please call us at 1.613.569.4985 to discuss the possibility of a refund. Refund will be granted provided that written notice of cancellation has been received via contactus@CRIedunet.org at least 14 calendar days in advance of the course and also provided that the course has not be customized to meet your specific needs. Customized products or courses may not be returned for refund or exchange.

Q12 - How do I register for a course?
You must login first to register for a course. Once you are logged in please follow these steps.
1. Go to the courses tab at the grey menu bar.
2. Select what type of course you wish to attend (CCRT, ACES, EOL).
3. Select the "See available courses for" tab in the course description.
4. A list of courses will appear with the Date/Location/Name/Register before/ Status.
5. Select the name of the course you wish to attend by clicking on it (eg. CCRT-MOH).
6. Depending on the status of the course (Open, Reserved, or Full) you will be prompted to add to your shopping cart or enter an authorization code.

Q13 - What is an "Authorization Code" and how can I get one?
The authorization code system of registration is available to all sites that wish to purchase a group of spaces in a course or a series of courses for their participants. Once a site has identified group of participants that they wish to have attend, each of these individual participants will receive an Auhorzation code so they can signup for the course date they wish to attend.

Q14 - When will I get my 2009 copy of the CCRT manual?
The manual for the 2009 CCRT course season is currently being revised and will not be available until late fall (2009). For a copy of the current CCRT manual please refer to the downloadable pdf version presently available in our learning management system.

Q15 - How do I access CRI's Learning Management System.
To access the learning management system you must be registered to a course. Once you have registered to a course you will be sent an e-mail containing your login information. For a link to the system please refer to our links section in the grey menu bar of our website.
