Q1 - How do I Login?
* You must have an account to login. If you have an account please follow these steps.
1. Enter your username in the designated field
2. Enter your password in the designated field

Q2 - How do I create / get an account?
The ability to register for a new account has been disabled. We are currently in the process of updating this site. If you have any questions please contact us by emailing mgodin@royalcollege.ca

Q3 - How do I register for a course without an account?
To register for a course you must contact us at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. 613.730.6275 ext 275. Or send an email to: mgodin@royalcollege.ca
All course marked as "Open" are available to all appropriate professions and do not require an access code for you to register to.

Q4 - Where is the course being held?
Depending on which course you have registered to, the location of your course may vary from other courses. To find your course location please follow these steps.
1. Go to the interactive calender on the main CRIedunet.ca page
2. Select the date of your course.
3. A new page will open with the details of the course.
4. Select the course location link under location tab.
5. An interactive map will appear with directions to the course.
* Note: A reminder e-mail will be sent to you prior to your course with all the details.

Q5 - What is your cancelation and refund policy?
If you are unable to attend the course that you have registered and paid for, for any reason, please call us at 1.613.730.6275 ext 275 to discuss the possibility of a refund. Refund will be granted provided that written notice of cancellation has been received via mgodin@royalcoleege.ca at least 14 calendar days in advance of the course and also provided that the course has not be customized to meet your specific needs. Customized products or courses may not be returned for refund or exchange.

Q7 - How do I access CRI's Learning Management System.
To access the learning management system you must be registered to a course. Once you have registered to a course you will be sent an e-mail containing your login information. For a link to the system please refer to our links section in the grey menu bar of our website.
