CRI Critical Care Education Network works to provides healthcare providers with the skills and knowledge to provide the best care possible to critically ill patients.
We achieve this goal through education. Our core activities include:
- Developing realistic case based critical care education
- Creating and enabling peer reviewed accredited educational material
- Coordinating and facilitating the delivery of educational activities
- Distributing educational materials
- Recognizing authors and supporting development of new materials
- Advancing collaborative educational research
CRI's collaborative approach to the development of courses and content is the foundation of our success. Our instructors are a multidisciplinary group that spans the entire country. As a result, our tradition of knowledge transfer and sharing is well represented nationally by some of the best medical educators in Canada.
All our courses are peer reviewed and accredited and each is easily tailored to individual needs. Our interdisciplinary approach to the development of critical care educational material ensures that we provide the most comprehensive and up to date courses. In addition to this, CRI certifies its instructors to ensure that our courses are delivered by the best medical educators who have acquired relevant skills in medical practice and are therefore best equipped to pass on their vast experience.
